July weddings are sunny and serene, bright and bursting with joy and laughter! It’s a great time of year for an outdoor wedding ceremony and potluck, a late night wedding reception under the stars, or a destination wedding to one of the country’s best beaches.
You will have to put some special items in your wedding day emergency kit to get through the warmest days of July (sunscreen, bug spray, and anti-chafing balms are a must!), but the vibrance of the season can’t be beat.
There are also many exciting – and surprising – holidays in July! The 4th of July brings fireworks, cookouts, and patriotic fun. And there are dozens of fun, smaller holidays to celebrate, too! These holidays are heartwarming, joyful, and sometimes offbeat, making them the perfect inspiration for a unique wedding theme.
If your wedding falls on one of the July holidays listed below, consider incorporating the special day in your wedding celebration and theme. Guests will love your creativity, and appreciate a chance to celebrate the holiday with you as you get married!
