We LOVE a June wedding! Flowers are blooming, breezes are blowing, and it’s usually not as humid as the later summer months… (We’re looking at you, August!) This makes June one of the best months for an outdoor wedding ceremony or destination wedding, or any wedding that celebrates renewal and the beauty of nature.
There are also many exciting – and surprising – holidays in June! There are the big holidays (Father’s Day and Juneteenth), and dozens of fun, smaller holidays too! These holidays are heartwarming, joyful, and sometimes offbeat, making them the perfect inspiration for a unique wedding theme.
If your wedding falls on one of the June holidays listed below, consider incorporating the special day in your wedding celebration, ceremony script, decor or theme. Guests will love your creativity, and appreciate a chance to celebrate the holiday with you as you get married!
