Wedding MBA’s Wedding Pro Convention is an annual event for wedding professionals of all types and experience levels – from wedding officiants to photographers and videographers, wedding planners and coordinators, florists, venues, and more.

 

Held in the “Wedding Capital of the World,” Las Vegas, Nevada, it’s an unforgettable three-day experience featuring 175 seminars, 150 speakers, and 280 exhibits – all focused on innovation and excellence in the wedding industry.

• How many attendees come to Wedding MBA?

 

About 6,000 wedding professionals attended the event in 2024, and a similar crowd is expected this year. It’s the largest business summit in North America for wedding professionals, and has grown dramatically in size through the years – from about 300 attendees at the very first Wedding MBA event in 2007.

 

 

• When did Wedding MBA start? 

 

The first Wedding MBA convention took place 18 years ago, in Phoenix, Arizona. What started as a small event to help wedding pros with the business side of their craft has continued to grow each year, and is now the largest gathering for wedding industry professionals.

• Tips for Wedding MBA / What should I bring with me to attend Wedding MBA? 

 

Prepare for the Wedding Pro Convention with comfort and connection in mind. We recommend: 

 

• comfortable shoes for day, stylish shoes for night
• a light sweater (it’s hot outside but cold inside!)
• contact cards / business cards to pass out
• a large tote bag to collect business cards, pamphlets, and other promotional and networking materials
• a water bottle, snacks, ibuprofen
• a phone charger and power bank, 
• a notebook or laptop for notetaking
• outfits for different types of events (casual, business, cocktail / nightlife)
• leave space in your travel bag for convention swag and other items

 

 

• How do I get around Las Vegas while I’m in town for Wedding MBA?

 

Las Vegas has a few transportation options to choose from, including free trams on the Strip, a monorail, rideshare services like Lyft and Uber, public buses, and local taxi services.
