The ceremony opens with a warm welcome and greeting to the guests from the officiant, followed by a moment of silence for lost loved ones. 

 

Then, the wedding officiant introduces the unity puzzle ceremony and describes the symbolism and meaning of the ritual. As the couple completes the puzzle in front of friends and family, the officiant says a few words about the importance of working together to build a happy and lasting marriage.
