Maria Romano is the founder of True Love Knots! She started her career in her 50s and found her passion. Previously, she was the President of Advantage Rent a Car of Las Vegas and grew her company's revenue to over 18 million dollars a year.

 

Maria performs wedding ceremonies, baptisms, and end-of-life celebrations. Her goal is to ensure the couples she marries to have a lifetime memory. When she started this company, it was not all hearts and roses. As a result, she is now working with people who want to add to their revenue stream, have fun, and impact other people's lives with her course "How to Become a Rockstar Officiant."

 

Her love for weddings and helping people get back into dating motivated Maria to share The Power of Loving your Way to the top with people. These are the principles of changing cultures in business to adopt more love, empathy, and compassion in the working environment. Maria is on the Las Vegas Wedding Chamber of Commerce board of directors, active in her Parish, and a mediator of Clark County neighborhood justice center.

Officiant, SYMBIS Marriage Counseling Facilitator, Business Owner, Officiant Coach 

 

Latrice Roman, also known as Your Favorite Wedding Officiant, is the owner of Put A Ring On It, Dallas! and the Say ‘I Do’ Wedding Chapel & Elopement Place, and is a SYMBIS Marriage Counseling Facilitator. She’s renowned for crafting bespoke and heartfelt ceremonies that reflect the unique love story of each couple she marries. 

Beyond her role in uniting couples, Latrice brings a wealth of experience as a former Army Instructor, to guide and mentor individuals toward success in both their businesses and careers.

Marisa has been working with AMM since April of 2023, and leads the team behind-the-scenes at every Officiant Accelerator event. She's the magic force behind every unforgettable seminar! 

 

Marisa has been involved in marketing and event planning and coordination for more than five years in the greater Seattle area, with experience in the arts, finance, and hospitality industries.

 

In her free time, Marisa loves participating in local musical theatre, and brings the creativity, spontaneity, warmth, and stage presence she's developed as an actor into all that she does.
