Wedding Officiant Gets Police Escort to Ceremony After Surviving a Car Crash!

Published Tuesday, Oct. 24th, 2023

Can you imagine stepping on stage to officiate a wedding ceremony only moments after surviving a three-car collision?

Over the weekend, a wedding officiant in Fairfax County, Virginia, did just that -- after he found himself in the middle of a three-car accident on his way to perform a marriage ceremony.

Talk about staying calm under pressure!

According to local sources, police on the scene told the officiant that his car was no longer drivable…

…And gave him a lift to the venue so that he could officiate the ceremony on time!
