How Old Do I Have to be to Get Ordained with AMM?

You must be at least 18 years old to become an ordained minister with American Marriage Ministries.

 

In most states, you must also be at least 18 years old to officiate a wedding after you get ordained. An exception to this is in Minnesota, where you must be at least 21 years old to solemnize marriage. In addition, in states that require minister/officiant registration before performing a marriage ceremony, you must be at least 18 years old to register (21 years old in Minnesota).
