A Witchy Halloween Wedding Ceremony with Handfasting

This seasonal Halloween wedding script includes a love spell, simple ring exchange, and traditional handfasting.

Inspired by the Pagan holiday of Samhain (on which modern Halloween celebrations are based), it includes a wedding altar, casting circle, a chanting spell in place of vows, and natural elements to celebrate the turning of the seasons.

Add additional witchy or Wiccan elements to your ceremony by adorning the altar with herbs, flowers, candles, and crystals. Gothic decor, devilish desserts, and a twilight start time will make for an especially memorable ceremony.

This script can be easily customized!

Add an invocation of spirits or offerings to gods, or amp up the campy vamp vibes and monster madness with a splash of fake blood, ghoulish music, a trip to the cemetery, or vintage movie quotes!
