To celebrate venue booking season, we took an informal survey to ask wedding officiants and other vendors about their favorite local wedding venues, and the results are in! This list of wedding venues from around the country might help jumpstart your search for the perfect place to tie the knot – venues vetted by real wedding professionals across the country! 

 

Why do we trust professional wedding vendors when it’s time to pick a venue? Because wedding officiants, photographers, and other day-of vendors know the good, bad, and ugly sides of wedding venues. They see behind the scenes, work closely with venue staff, and understand what it takes to make a wedding day go smoothly. What I love most is that anyone can get married here. You don’t have to belong to a particular denomination. I’ve been officiating ceremonies at Chapel on the Dunes since around 2014, and it still touches my heart every single time. The white stucco, the quiet hilltop, the ocean breeze… it’s timeless. If I could choose only one place to marry couples for the rest of my life, it would be here.”
