Article 387 - Proof of the identity of the contracting party. Before issuing the medical certificate, the physician conducting the examinations must be satisfied that the applicant is the same person who will marry. Antes de expedir el certificado médico, el facultativo que realice los exámenes debe estar convencido de que el solicitante es la misma persona que contraerá matrimonio.
