How is online ordaining legal?

The reason that online ordination is legal is pretty simple -- it's because the US Constitution prohibits the state from telling churches how to run their internal affairs, like ordination. That means that American Marriage Ministries online ordinations are just as valid as those conducted in-person. In other words, all ordinations are created equal in the eyes of the law.
