Are you a wedding content creator, or do you want to become one?
Are you a pro at capturing every picture-perfect detail of the wedding day, and turning those magical moments into trend-worthy videos and photos for Instagram, Tik Tok, and other platforms?
As influencers, content creators, and social media concierges continue to become a more integral part of the wedding day, we veteran vendors have a time-tested piece of advice for you:
Yep, that’s right! We think every wedding professional, including photographers, DJs, wedding planners, and content creators, should be ordained and ready to officiate a wedding at a moment’s notice. Why?
If you’ve already worked a few weddings, you probably know why: Things can and do go wrong the day of a wedding, even with the best made plans.
This could be something small, like a missing mic stand, or something big… like a missing wedding officiant.
If their wedding officiant gets stuck in traffic or comes down with the flu at the last minute, it could easily spell disaster for the couple. After all, they can’t get married without someone to lead the ceremony and sign their license!
No wedding officiant on the wedding day? Oh no!
That's when you step up to save the day!
If you’re already ordained, it will be easy to step up and help out as a backup officiant. All you’ll need to do is pop your phone into a tripod stand and slip in front of the camera to lead the ceremony.
Then, sign the couple’s marriage license, grab a few more great photos, and add ‘wedding officiant’ to your resume!
We are an inclusive non-profit, interfaith and non-denominational constitutional church that is Federally Recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3 Public Charitable Organization.
Drawing on the freedom of religion clause in the United States Constitution, AMM provides free ordination, advocacy, and training for our ministers to ensure that all people have the right to get married and to perform marriage. To date, we have ordained over one million ministers who have officiated weddings all across the United States.
