"Shirley and Ulyses met approximately 16 years ago. Shirley is my best friend of 14 years. I was truly honored to be apart of their celebration. I was a little nervous but more excited to be there. The wedding took place on the rooftop of the hotel. The atmosphere at the event was very happy and joyful. I saw the love in Shirley's and Ulyses' eyes. I liked the way both families was so excited and happy for the both of them. The coolest part was taking pictures with the bride and groom."

"I felt nervous because this was my first time officiating a wedding, which was my mother's nontraditional wedding. My uncle was supposed to be the officiant; I was the "backup officiant" just in case my uncle was unable to officiate (medical issues). Five hours before the ceremony, I was notified I was needed to officiate my mother's wedding. My mother provided me with a brief marriage ceremony script, and she and Dustin read their vows, which simplified the marriage ceremony."
