This being only my 2nd time officiating I was excited and nervous but I managed to control the nerves and did a pretty good job, if I do say so myself. "It was such an honor to officiate for my youngest son's wedding. This was my second wedding to officiate since ordained. The venue was outdoors in a country-style atmosphere with family and friends in attendance. The bride was simply stunning and the groom nervous as is typical. "My lifetime wish was to be able to officiate all three of my sons' weddings. This was the first wedding I officiated after being ordained and it was a proud moment for me. The venue we used was somewhat unexpected since the weather for the day of the wedding was a bit doubtful with rain. However, the neighborhood had a wonderful park we used as the setting for the venue. Of course, I was a bit nervous myself since it was my first wedding to officiate, but I wasn't alone."
