Maine Revised Statutes 19-A:751
The following marriages are void and dissolved without legal process: [PL 1995, c. 694, Pt. B, §2 (NEW); PL 1995, c. 694, Pt. E, §2 (AFF).] 1. Solemnized in State. A marriage prohibited in section 701, if solemnized in this State. [PL 2009, c. 96, §1 (AMD).] 2. Final judgment. [PL 2009, c. 96, §1 (RP).]
