Can an ordained minister marry someone in any state?

Our ordination is recognized in all 50 states. Our church is a Federally Recognized 501c3 non-profit that empowers you to join couples and sign marriage documents anywhere in the US.

Is it really legal to get ordained to marry online?

The Second Amendment's freedom of religion clause prohibits the state from regulating internal affairs of churches such as ordination, meaning that our decision to provide ordinations over the internet is entirely valid, and legally sound in terms of meeting the requirements for wedding officiants.

Do I have to be religious to apply for your marriage ordination?

As a non-denominational church we are open to non-religious as well as religious people (and everything in between). Our church's tenets are written with all people in mind, and we make it possible for anyone to get ordained to marry someone, regardless of what they believe, where they come from, what they look like, and other such details.
