WEDDING CEREMONY OF

TYLER SCOTT CORBY AND HEATHER MARIE WRIGHT

WELCOME

Dearly beloved,

We are gathered here today in the presence of God and these witnesses to unite Tyler Scott Corby and Heather Marie Wright in holy matrimony.

Marriage is a sacred covenant built upon love, friendship, trust, and commitment. It is a promise to walk through life together, sharing in its joys, facing its challenges, and supporting one another through every season.

Today, Tyler and Heather stand before us to make that promise and begin a new chapter as husband and wife.

MESSAGE

Tyler and Heather's story began while working together at Walmart. Heather says there was an instant spark between them, but they chose to build a friendship first. Over time, that friendship grew into a relationship, and that relationship blossomed into the love that brings them here today.

I've had the privilege of knowing Heather for about twenty-five years, and one thing I've always wanted for her is to find someone who truly values and appreciates her. Seeing the love that Tyler and Heather share, it's clear she has found exactly that.

The way Tyler cares for Heather can be seen in the little things, including the notes he writes for her—simple reminders that she is loved, appreciated, and never far from his thoughts. Those small gestures speak to the kind of relationship they have built together: one founded on friendship, thoughtfulness, and genuine affection.

One of their favorite memories together comes from a trip to the beach. The day began cloudy and rainy, and it seemed their plans might be spoiled. Yet for a time, the clouds parted and the sun broke through, allowing them to enjoy the day together. As they returned to their car, the clouds rolled back in and the rain began again.

In many ways, marriage is like that. Life will bring sunshine and storms. The blessing is not that every day will be perfect, but that you will face every day together. Through the bright moments and the difficult ones, Tyler and Heather have found in one another a partner, a friend, and a home.

PRAYER

Let us pray.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for bringing Tyler and Heather together and for the love they share. Bless this marriage and guide them in the years ahead. Grant them patience, understanding, faithfulness, and joy. May their home be filled with love, laughter, peace, and Your presence.

In Your name we pray.

Amen.

DECLARATION OF INTENT

Tyler, do you come here freely and without reservation to give yourself to Heather in marriage?

Tyler: I do.

Heather, do you come here freely and without reservation to give yourself to Tyler in marriage?

Heather: I do.

VOWS

Tyler, please repeat after me:

I, Tyler,

take you, Heather,

to be my wife.

To have and to hold,

from this day forward,

for better or for worse,

for richer or for poorer,

in sickness and in health,

to love, honor, and cherish,

for as long as we both shall live.

This is my solemn vow.

Heather, please repeat after me:

I, Heather,

take you, Tyler,

to be my husband.

To have and to hold,

from this day forward,

for better or for worse,

for richer or for poorer,

in sickness and in health,

to love, honor, and cherish,

for as long as we both shall live.

This is my solemn vow.

RING EXCHANGE

May I have the rings?

The wedding ring is an outward and visible symbol of an inward and spiritual bond. Its unending circle represents a love that has no beginning and no end.

Tyler, place the ring on Heather's finger and repeat after me:

Heather, with this ring,

I give you my love.

I give you my faithfulness.

And I give you my heart.

From this day forward,

you shall never walk alone.

Heather, place the ring on Tyler's finger and repeat after me:

Tyler, with this ring,

I give you my love.

I give you my faithfulness.

And I give you my heart.

From this day forward,

you shall never walk alone.

PRONOUNCEMENT

Tyler and Heather, you have declared your love before God and these witnesses and have pledged yourselves to one another through your vows and the giving of rings.

Therefore, by the authority vested in me under the laws of the State of Tennessee, I now pronounce you husband and wife.

Tyler, you may kiss your bride.

PRESENTATION

It is my honor and privilege to present, for the first time, Mr. and Mrs. Tyler Corby.
