The Basics

Celebrating over 180 festivals throughout the year, Fayetteville can be a pretty lively hub for activity. Just make sure that if your wedding corresponds with an event, you are aware of possible conflict, whether it’s with hotel bookings or dealing with large crowds. You will also want to plan and book your wedding venue far enough in advance, as they tend to fill up quite quickly.
With that being said, Fayetteville has a large selection of gorgeous wedding venues to choose from. First off, the performing arts center TheatreSquared is an excellent spot if you want large spacious rooms with a seating capacity of close to 300 people. It also includes staffing and catering services. Stone Chapel at Matt Lane Farm is the perfect location for a romantic wedding out in the beautiful Arkansas countryside. It features a rustic stone design with antique doors and modern amenities such as in-house speakers. This venue has all the charm of a storybook wedding.

Fayetteville’s Ozark Regional Transit provides bus services to stops all over town. The city is also dedicated to more efficient and greener forms of transportation with its fantastic biking and walking routes. The community encourages carpooling and public transit. If you don’t bring your car, you’re sure to find excellent alternatives for getting around town.

The climate in Fayetteville fluctuates from hot, muggy summers to cold, rainy winters. Locals recommend visiting Fayetteville between July and August for the late summer activities and beautiful sunny weather.
