'Be kind and forgive others. Being kind is one of the easiest things we can do for others and ourselves. Try to listen when people talk to you. If you can help in a positive fashion, then, by all means, help! Forgiving people is far, far more tricky. Revenge should be treated as a four letter word. It devours your soul and makes you feel terrible. Forgiveness, even if it takes a bit of time, helps you to win in the end. It gives you the freedom to stamp out the issue forever. With that being said, forgiveness should never supersede justice. It should run parallel. Fight for what you believe. Apathy is dangerous. When we don?t like something about the world, ignoring the issue is much easier to do. Standing up for what?s right, standing up for what you believe is how you change the world. It?s how you make your life and the lives of others better and brilliant. Respect opinions even if you don?t agree. Try to remind yourself when someone drives you bonkers with their beliefs, that this world would be so incredibly boring If we were all the same and shared one like mind. Individuality is so cool. Be who you are. Celebrate and lift-up women you meet in your life. Women supporting other women can move mountains. Even in our darkest moments, we?re perfect just as we are. We get one shot at this beautiful life. It?s going to go by quickly! Things will be challenging at times, but things will amaze you beyond belief during brighter times.'
