I am 24 years old and have lived a life nobody should never have to experience i have spent alot of my life running hand in hand with the devil.That all changed May 18th,2016 in a Washington state prison where i found myself yet again but this time was it.i was beat broken and finally ready to be done with thw life i lived for so long.with no where to turn i signed up for church cuz i needed to get away from the hate and tension that filled the prison every minute of everyday.i was confused i fed off tbe hate,the evil is what kept me strong for so long and i didnt know why i didnt desire that same usual negative feelings needed so bad.As i entered tbose doors to the church i seen a short little chubby black man with a warm and welcoming smile his name was pastor Raynard.This man ive never seen before in my life opened his arms wide and gave me a hug and said 'he was happy i made it,and that he thought i wouldget cold feet' i didnt know what he was talking about.he could obviously see how confused i was and he told me 'that he eas told the night before during his meditation hour Jesus told him he would be getting another soldier while he was st the monroe correctional complex'.I didnt know what to say so i smiled and awkwardly walked over to find a chair.by the end of the sermon i thought everyone i that place was crazy and i was NOT doing that again.well the following week i was convinced a older konvict who had been at that prison for 15 years serving a life sentence.i had never talked to the man before but seen him around well that evening in church he had me sit by him and i can honestly say nothing changed they were still crazy and about 25 minutes into the service i was getting up to leave when pastor Raynard started speaking on doubt and how we know the lord Christ Jesus is real.The only reason the made me sit back down was because that was a completely different topic from what he had been preaching about which was the love of the lord.That was the day my life and beliefs changed from that day on i was praying for people, leading people to the lord, i would fast when i was looking for an answer i vouldnt get from meditation or prayer,and thats why i have decided to become a minister and bring loved ones together.The lord has someone special,our soulmates you could call them for all of us the special someone to spend the rest of your life with.. 'I am a soldier in the army of GOD.Jesus Christ is our comanding officer.'
