My name is Venessa Cratic-Dillard and I was born and raised in Augusta, GA. I now currently reside in McDonough, Ga. I am married and a mother of 5. I got an Ordination from American Marriage Ministries in order to Officiate weddings. As a Christian woman it is very important to me that I let my light shine and acknowledge Jesus Christ as my Saviour in all that I do. I originally went online in 2018 and received an ordination from Universal Life church. I felt uneasy because the credentials did not fully represent my walk with Christ so I abandoned the idea of becoming an officiant. Recently, I come to realize that being an officiant is my passion and I started to work towards my dream. I graduated Cum Laude from Atlanta Christian College (currently Point University) with a Bachelors of Art in Business. I went on to obtain a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership from Shorter University which is also a Christian College. I currently work as an Office Administrator by trade but I have a passion for making memorable events and have started a business as a Wedding Officiant. My Spiritual dream is to come closer to God and fulfill my calling. I believe that I am called to serve. As a young girl I took great pleasure in helping my grandmother in the kitchen and in her garden. As a youth I enjoyed working with children and thus started a babysitting business. As a teen I joined a program called JTPA where I became a certified Medical Unit Clerk and I worked in that capacity for several years before going back to trade school at 21 and becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (nobody told me to go for an LPN or RN). Upon graduating I began to work with geriatric patients and this is when I realized I was called to serve. I took great pride in caring for my patients and they responded very well to me, just as babies, and most strangers do to this very day. It is very important to me that I live my life according to the will of God. God made me a unique individual and in doing so he instilled in me some wonderful strengths which are gifts to share with the world. Peter 4:10 reads: Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms. Because I value Gods will for my life and human relationships above all else in this life, I take my role as a child of God, a mother, a friend, an employee and a family member seriously, and treat people in my life with kindness, love, and with the utmost respect. I value honesty, kindness, patience, a loving heart, responsibility, devotion, punctuality, cleanliness, and ambition. I am Christ centered, family oriented, I enjoy learning new things, taking on new projects with the ability to work independently, and always meeting deadlines. I have a great listening ear. I value friendships. I always strive for excellence and I love hosting events, making people smile and cooking.
