Hello, Welcome to my site. I'm Charlotte and my Husband John and I live in Smyrna, Georgia. We conduct Weddings, and Special ceremonial events in the area. We also provide Pre-Marriage Workshops, After the Wedding Workshops and Conscious Uncoupling Workshops. It is our belief that adults should be able to choose their spouse and create a commitment to marriage. All people, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation, have the right to marry. It is the right of every couple to choose who will solemnize their marriage. Ceremonies can be conducted at your location of choice. Wedding services and event planning are also available. We are available to conduct Funerals and Memorials for people as well as pets. Special planning and arrangements can be a part of the services we provide as well. We conduct Grief Workshops. We preform house blessings and house warming events. Ceremonial events to welcome New Babies into the world and starting over blessings. I have been on a journey for many years and have always worked in the helping field. I am now I am ready to put my life lessons into play. In the Funeral Home business in the 80's I learned of grief, loss and sadness. I saw people that died too early and people that died too late. I saw the love of families and friends that morn. At the same time I learned the meaning of the circle of life. When working in Rehabilitation Department for State Government . I learned people with disabilities have beautiful souls and come with unique abilities and I met families and friends that give love unconditionally. I also learned that people put labels on others and don't take the time to get to know the person when they just look at their label. While working as a Behavior Shaping Specialist at a Government Hospital with Adults, Adolescents and Children with Developmental, Neurological and Psychiatric Disorders I learned anyone can learn if you show them the time and make the effort to help them learn. I conducted meeting for dual diagnosed individuals with substance abuse and mental disorders and met with families that wanted to help but didn't know or understand how to take that first step. As a Substitute Teacher I taught art to children I learned of the innocence of youth and learned how bullies and uncaring adults can take that away. As a Bank Representative and Bookkeeper I learned that people have an unhealthy relationship with money. Most people don't know how to manage it when they have it. They always want more and they try to keep up with the Jones and they go into debt by doing so. I saw people get rich and I saw people loose it all. Working in Superior Court I saw Marriages begin I saw Marriages end. I saw children get Adopted and people end their unions. I saw some escape their abusers and others that jumped right back in to relationships they thought were love or their only hope. I saw people that were guilty and I saw people that were innocent. I learned life can change at the drop of a dime. As a Patient Representative I saw babies just coming into the world. I saw people die. I saw families that celebrated life I saw families cry. I saw people in fear of what lied ahead. I saw miracles occur when people came from the brink of death to live another day. I learned prayer works and life is short. During this whole time I learned to deal with my own Depression. I learned to raise a son with disabilities that had no answers. I learned to raise my child by myself. I learned to care for my Grandmother that had dementia and a deep love to share with me even on the hard days her essence was still there. I was with her and learned to accept the end of her circle of life. I learned to care for my Mother during her ten year cancer battle and accept her end of her circle of life and know she was a fighter to the end. I experienced homelessness and learned to build my home. I experienced my son actually graduating from High School after countless IEP meetings and I experienced utter loneliness when he went into the Military. I experienced Love from a friend I had for many years of my life. I experienced getting married for the first time at the ripe old age of 47 fully prepared to go the distance. I appreciate family and friends that have supported me through these times and are still in my life. I experienced my son returning with a new list of Challenges from his Military experience and at the same time knowing that he has made me the proudest mom. Oh yes I have learned many lessons along the way and continue to keep my faith. I am ready to pay it forward to others by living with mind, body and spirit. The new journey begins. I live an Authentic life.
