Most of the time, I'll do it for free. You handle the paperwork, send in the certificate, I'll sign the certificate, give you a copy of my Minister ID and drivers license to make it official. My only requirement, you must be 18; this is the law, I'll need to see proof of ID if I do not know you personally. You must also have 1 witness.
