Gene lives in Delaware and was ordained by American Marriage Ministries on March 1st, 2014.

After providing Disc jockey services for weddings in Delaware and Maryland for the past 30+ years, I saw a need for wedding officiants in my service area that was not being met. I started Top Hat Nuptials to provide that service with the care and understanding required to create memorable ceremonies for couples that might not have a church affiliation. I am non-denominational and can perform either religious or non-religious ceremonies. I will create a custom ceremony script based on a short questionnaire filled out by the bride and groom. I have no issues performing same-sex marriages. I have been officiating since March 2014.
