"What led to my desire to be ordained with AMM? I received a beautiful, loving, and heartfelt request to officiate my younger sister's upcoming wedding in Arizona. My immediate response was, 'Yes, I would be honored.' As time passed, I found myself questioning, 'Why me?' and feeling unworthy. As I sat and considered these conflicting reactions, I was reminded by my Creator of these words: 'I knit you in your mother's womb. There is no sin, success, or event in your life of which I do not know the truth. You are righteous, holy, and pleasing to me—not by your works or good deeds, but by your faith. I am the Alpha and Omega, the Creator of all, the Redeemer, the Miracle Maker, the Great I Am. I am the Trinity: God the Father in Heaven, Jesus Christ the Son of God in human flesh, and the Holy Spirit that dwells in every child born on earth. My son, you are the one who answered my call through the Holy Spirit—a call to share the Good News and bear witness through your works. There is no better place to plant these seeds than the fertile ground of two of my children joining to become one flesh within the Kingdom of God.' I answered, 'Yes, Lord. I am eager to fulfill this commission you have entrusted to me.'"
