I got ordained by AMM because I felt like it was my divine calling to serve God, a desire to perform life ceremonies (weddings, funerals) for loved ones, friends and people in general, a need for formal recognition and authority within a church, or to gain the credentials for full-time ministry, chaplaincy, or mission work, often after a personal spiritual experience and through educational processes. It's a way to gain spiritual authority, serve the community, and affirm one's path in faith.
