My name is High Priest, Leland Davis R.M.T. (Reiki Master Teacher). I am the High Priest of The Order of Eternal Light (OEL) since I founded it in 2007. We are a Wiccan, Pagan and Spiritualist based group. We follow the Wiccan Reed, Wiccan Creed and the 13 Principles of Wiccan Belief, however, these are only a mere guideline and we respect all paths but the one we uphold over all others is the Wiccan Reeds 'An harm none, do what ye will'.
