Power To Appoint Court Commissioner; Duty


The Third Judicial District may appoint as court commissioner for Fillmore and Olmsted Counties respectively a person who was formerly employed by those counties as a court commissioner. The sole duty of an appointed court commissioner is to solemnize marriages.
