Idaho Statutes 32-410
If any person, authorized to solem- nize marriage, shall wilfully make a false return of any marriage or pre- tended marriage to the recorder; or, if the recorder shall wilfully record 4 a false return of any marriage, he shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100.00, and by imprisonment for not less than three (3) months.
