Florida Statutes 741.05

Penalty for violation of s. 741.03 or s. 741.04(2).

Any county court judge, clerk of the circuit court, or other person who violates s. 741.03 or s. 741.04(2) commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
