"The groom has been a friend of mine for many years, so when he asked me to officiate his wedding to a very lovely bride, I couldn't say no. They married in a small ceremony at Harding University where the bride obtained her degree some years ago. The ceremony was small, with their closest friends and family in attendance, but the intimate setting was very relaxing. The bride was walked down the aisle by her sons and a traditional Christian ceremony was performed, followed by an handfasting (the first I've ever conducted). It was certainly a pleasure to be a part of this unique and special ceremony!"
