(INVOCATION)
Dearly Beloved family and friends and Honored Guests,
We have been invited here today by Deanna and Jose to share in a very important moment in their lives. In the time they have been together, their love and understanding of each other has grown and matured, and now they have decided to live their lives together as husband and wife, an institution that was ordained by God Himself back when He created Adam and Eve.
As such, this union is not to be entered into lightly but thoughtfully and seriously, and with a deep realization of its obligations and responsibilities. Please remember that love, loyalty, understanding and most importantly God in the center of the marriage are the foundations of a happy and enduring home.
1 Corinthians, chapter 13 says
Love is always patient and kind. It is never jealous. Love is never boastful or conceited, it is never rude or selfish, it does not take offense and is not resentful. Love takes no pleasure in other people's faults, but delights in the truth. It is always ready to excuse, to trust, to hope. It is always ready to endure whatever comes. True love does not come to an end.
(DECLARATION OF INTENT)
Do you Deanna Gossett take this man Jose Gonzalez to be your lawfully wedded partner, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and woe, for richer or poorer, keeping yourself unto him for as long as you both shall live?

Do you Jose Gonzalez take this woman Deanna Gossett to be your lawfully wedded partner, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and woe, for richer or poorer, keeping yourself unto her for as long as you both shall live?

*(Vows)*
VOWS EXCHANGE
(Ask couple to turn and face each other)
(Officiant: addressing the groom who repeats the marriage vows.)
I Jose take Deanna to be my wedded wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love, honour, and cherish, 'til death do us part.
(Officiant: then to the bride who repeats the marriage vows.)
I Deanna take Jose to be my wedded husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love, honour, and cherish, 'til death do us part.
Deanna Gossett and Jose Gonzalez will now exchange rings as a symbol of their love and commitment.
RINGS EXCHANGE
The wedding ring is a symbol of eternity. It is an outward sign of an inward and spiritual bond which unites two hearts in endless love. And now as a token of your love and of your deep desire to be forever united in heart and soul.
(Officiant then asks for the bride's ring.)
May this ring be blessed so he who gives it and she who wears it may abide in peace, and continue in love until life's end.
(Groom placing ring on bride’s finger.)
Jose, repeat after me as you place the ring in Deanna's finger,
With this ring I thee wed. Wear it as a symbol of our love and commitment.
(Officiant then asks for the grooms ring.)
May this ring be blessed so that she who gives it and he who wears it may abide in peace, and continue in love until life's end.
(Bride placing ring on groom's finger.)
Deanna, repeat after me as you place this ring on Jose's finger.
With this ring I thee wed. Wear it as a symbol of our love and commitment.
By the authority vested in me by American Marriage Ministries and the State of Missouri I now pronounce you wife and husband! You may now kiss your bride.
