DECLARATION:
#1
You have had the chance to experience living your lives together. With bumps along the way, you have learned what it means to love one another, through good times and bad times. I have had the honor and privilege to witness how both of you have learned how to coexist as a couple, as one. This wedding is only one small step towards the meaning of true marriage.

#2
Dear friends and family, we are gathered here today to witness and celebrate the union of Anthony and Crystal. In the years that they have been together their love for each other has grown, turning them into the couple you see before you. Now, they are ready to spend the rest of their lives together as husband and wife. A true marriage begins well before the wedding day, and the efforts of marriage continue well beyond the ceremony. A brief moment in time and the stroke of the pen are all that is required to create the legal bond of marriage, but it takes a lifetime of love, commitment, and compromise to make marriage durable and everlasting. Today you declare your commitment to each other before family and friends.
Anthony and Crystal, are you to be married?
(they say yes here)
VOWS:
SAND CEREMONY (music should be playing during this):
We will now begin the Sand Ceremony. Through it Anthony and Crystal will symbolize the permanence of the commitment they make today. They will each pour separate containers of sand into a one vessel. Each of these grains represents a unique aspect of themselves.Their experiences, outlooks, feelings, and the events that shaped them into the person that stands before you. As these grains of sand intermingle in one shared glass, they symbolize the merging of two individual lives into an inseparable pair. Anthony and Crystal, just as these grains of sand can never again be separated, so too will you be forever joined.
RINGS:
Anthony, repeat after me:
Crystal, you are my best friend and everlasting companion. You have brought me the truest happiness I have ever known. I take joy today in committing my life to yours. (Place the ring on her hand)… with this ring, I promise to stand with you as we share this life, and cherish the memories we make together.
Crystal, repeat after me:
Anthony, you are my best friend and everlasting companion. You have brought me the truest happiness I have ever known. I take joy today in committing my life to yours. (Place the ring on his hand)… with this ring, I promise to stand with you as we share this life, and cherish the memories we make together.
Anthony and Crystal, please join hands. Look at these hands for they are of your closest friend. They are strong and full of love. As you join hands today, you make the promise to love each other today, tomorrow, and forever.
Your future will be built by these hands. As the years pass, these hands will love you and cherish you. The slightest touch from these hands will give you comfort. These are the hands that will hold your children. These are the hands will kept your family as one. When you have tears of sorrow or tears of joy, they will be wiped away by these hands.
