We are gathered here today for this joyous reunion to witness the love between Christine Garcia and Kevin Phan. It is truly an honor for me to stand here and take part of my beautiful daughter’s union of marriage.

In Gods word, he who finds a wife, finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord.

This marriage is not to be entered into lightly but thoughtfully and seriously, and with a deep realization of its obligations and responsibilities. Please remember that love, loyalty, and understanding are the foundations of a happy and enduring home.
