Officiated by Scott Louis Kramer at Backyard at a boat dock on Lake Taneycomo in Branson, Missouri on August 31st, 2019.
"It was truly an honor to marry my friends Darin Points and Lynda Buchanan. This was my very first time officiating a marriage. I remained calm and collected while reading through my script which was planned out with the couple at my home ahead of time, excerpts chosen from a long format rather than the short format example of a wedding ceremony provided by the AMM with minor alterations suggested by the couple themselves. It went very smoothly without a single glitch. This experience is priceless and I very much look forward to officiating another ceremony for another couple who are also friends of mine."

Invocation:
"Dearly Beloved and Honored Guests, we are gathered together here to join Darin Points and Lynda Buchanan in the spiritual union of marriage.

Declaration of Intent:
"Darin and Lynda, you are about to make you promises to one another. You will find that as you live by these vows over the years, investing your time, love and your commitment to one another, the happy times of your life will be twice as joyous because you will share these joys in marriage."
*(Vows)*
"Darin, will you take Linda, whose hand you hold, choosing her alone to be your lawfully wedded wife? Will you live with her in a state of true matrimony? Will you love her and comfort her through good times and bad, in sickness and in health, honoring her at all times, and being faithful to her?"

*(Ring Exchange)*
"Darin and Lynda will now exchange rings."
"Who is holding the rings?"
"The ring, an unbroken circle, represents unending love. As often as either of you look upon these rings, may you be reminded of this moment and the love you have promised to one another."
"Darin, please place this ring on Lynda's finger and repeat after me."
"Lynda, I give you this ring, as a symbol of my love, and that I am choosing to share my life's journey with you. I give you this ring, with the pledge to love you today, tomorrow, always and forever."
"Lynda, please place this ring on Darin's finger and repeat after me."
"Darin, I give you this ring, as a symbol of my love, and that I am choosing to share my life's journey with you. I give you this ring, with the pledge to love you today, tomorrow, always and forever."
"Darin and Lynda, I want to wish you both much love and happiness as you begin your new journey. Remember to keep lots of time, for time is short, laughter and dance in your life, and a never ending deepening connection."
"I leave you with the following words.
"May all that you are always be in love. May all that is love always be in you. May your love be as beautiful each day you share as it is on this day of celebration; and may each day you share be as precious to you as the day you first fell in love. May you always see and encourage the best in each other. May the challenges life brings your way make your marriage even stronger, and may you always be each others best friend and greatest love."
Pronouncement
"Darin and Lynda, you have pleged your faith to each other in the company of two wonderful families and your circle of friends; and by the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I am proud to introduce for the first time, the newlyweds! Darin and Lynda Points."
"You may kiss the bride."
