Dearly Beloved and Honored Guests,

We are gathered together here today on this beautiful beach in Coronado, California to join Myra and Cain in the spiritual union of marriage. I am honored to be officiating this marriage for Cain and Myra. Cain's mother, Ethel, carried him for nine months and I carried Ethel across the parking lot of the hospital on the way for his delivery into this world. It is only fitting that I now carry Cain again into this new world of marriage. Cain, you are now taking on the responsibility to lead Myra and your family in the ways of the Lord. Myra, you are taking on the responsibility of being Cain's helpmate. This union is not only between you two but also with God. If your daily, personal relationship with God is not right, neither will your relationship with each other.

This contract is not to be entered into lightly but thoughtfully and seriously, and with a deep realization of its obligations and responsibilities. Please remember that love, loyalty, and understanding are the foundations of a happy and enduring home.

Myra and Cain will now share their vows.
