"As my first wedding, it was amazing! I did it as a gift for my sorority sister. I was nervous but it made me practice in advance and focus on doing my best. I met with the couple in advance at their venue to walk through the ceremony and listened to what they wanted. The couple added a sand ceremony and we discussed the wording and the "feel" they wanted for the ceremony. I sent them the basic script for their approval, then personalized it so it would be special for them when they heard it for the first time. Since it was outside, we had to consider weather and discussed shortening the ceremony if it was terribly hot or if it began to rain. We had perfect weather! Everything went very smoothly. It was gratifying to get so many compliments from the guests. Chyrise and Kendall wrote me a lovely thank you note expressing their gratitude for such a perfect ceremony and included a little gift!"
