Dearly Beloved and Honored Guests,

We are gathered together here to join Victoria Lorene Soliz and Jacob Keith Boatright in the spiritual union of marriage. Into this holy union, Victoria and Jacob now come to be joined. If any of you can show just cause why they may not lawfully be married, speak now; or forever hold your peace.

This contract is not to be entered into lightly but thoughtfully and seriously, and with a deep realization of its obligations and responsibilities. Please remember that love, loyalty, and understanding are the foundations of a happy and enduring home.

So I must at this time ask do you wish to be married to one another?

Bride & Groom: We Do

Minister: Who gives this woman to be married to this man?

Response:

The Father: Her mother and I do.

Handoff has the escort shake the hand of the groom first, kiss the bride on the cheek second, then hand off the bride to the groom.

Minister: You may be seated.

The couple wanted to honor their close relatives who have passed on or others who were not able to attend their wedding.

Minister: Join with me as we bow our heads to observe a moment of silence to honor the memory of those who are not with us today, but are here in spirit. (Pause briefly) Amen.

The Invocation:

"Today is a day to celebrate the love of Victoria and Jacob. They are two people who are the halves of a whole. Two souls, coming together to form one single being; two hearts, beating in a single rhythm. Today we join in our support of them as they offer themselves to each other. We celebrate their love, their joy."

True marriage is more than joining the bonds of marriage between two persons; it is the union of two hearts. It lives on the love you give each other and never grows old, but thrives on the joy of each new day. Marriage is love.

May you always be able to talk things over, to confide in each other, to laugh with each other, to enjoy life together, and to share moments of quiet and peace, when the day is done. May you be blessed with a lifetime of happiness and a home of warmth and understanding.

Victoria Lorene Soliz and Jacob Keith Boatright will now share their vows.
