ABOUT THIS WEDDING

"The ceremony went as planned. It was a very nice clear day, about 80 degrees in Lower Lake, CA. The ceremony was held outside near a vineyard on the property of the bride's parents and was very picturesque. I was requested by my son, the groom, to officiate this ceremony. So to some degree I had no choice and this was my first. The ceremony went very well and the result of a lot of practice. The surprising thing about the event is the bride singing a love song to her groom at the start of the ceremony, which really surprised everyone, especially the groom. This surprise, in a way settled things down. Everything that followed went off without a hitch, followed by a reception that was breathtaking! I am very thankful that I could do my best for my son and bride."
