Welcome, beloved family and treasured friends from across the nations, tribes, and kingdoms. Today we come together in a harmonious convergence to witness the union of Evan Rogers and Jerika Ramirez. We’ve watched this show for countless seasons and we’ve finally arrived this momentous season finale! And don’t you love it when your favorite ship becomes canon?

Water, Earth, Fire, Air. Long ago, the four elements lived together in harmony. Then everything changed when Evan and Jerika met. Only through mutual love, patience, and dedication could these two master all four elements of a lasting relationship. Several years have passed since their fateful meeting, and their love has blossomed into a spellbinding romance that has touched the lives of everybody here. Today marks a wondrous new beginning, and I believe that these two can give each other the world. What does it take to master the elements? As an old wise tea-loving man once said, “It is important to draw wisdom from many different places. If you take it from only one place, it becomes rigid and stale. Understanding one another and the elements will help you become whole.”

Firstly, air is the element of freedom. It represents the ability to put aside petty and worldly concerns in order to find serenity within each other. Lovers will inevitably find conflict, but whenever you can, yield. Be the leaf. And with the principles of air you can be each other’s wings and soar to unprecedented heights. Fire represents power and the drive to achieve your goals. A master of fire loves intensely and sincerely. And whenever their lover’s spirit wanes, they will be the spark that re-ignites their soul. Or at the very least, keeps them warm throughout the hard times. Use the determination and courage of fire to fuel one another’s passion and achieve your ultimate potential. Earth is strength, persistence, and endurance. It represents the willpower required to weather the harsh times and remain standing beside one at the end of every trial. When kindred spirits plant their feet firmly and support one another, they shall last longer the mountains themselves. And at last, water is the element of change. Appropriate, for today marks the conclusion of one incredible journey and the start of something even greater. As the new leaders of a fledgling tribe, it is your duty to adapt and overcome whatever tribulations lay before you. But with a nurturing soul, and the values of community and love, you shall flow eternal. It is the combination and balance of these four elements in a marriage that makes the bond powerful and everlasting. Mastery of these elements is a lifelong pursuit, but I have utmost faith that you will succeed.
