Amber Wagner And Alex Campbell’s Wedding Wedding Ceremony Script

Thank you family and friends for coming today.

We are gathered together here to witness Amber Wagner and Alex Campbell in legal unity of marriage.

Amber came into my family years ago thanks to Chris and Tracy. We bonded very quickly and have become very close over the years. She has always been there for me personally and I am honored to be here for her and Alex today. 6 years ago I had the pleasure to meet Alex and told Amber that day to keep this guy, he’s the one. Today I would like to say I told you so and congratulations. I think it is appropriate to quote Dr Seuss today “We are all a little weird and life's a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love.” I am so happy you both have found a soul that compliments your own so well.

This contract is not to be entered into lightly but thoughtfully and seriously, and with a deep realization of its obligations and responsibilities. Please remember that love, loyalty, understanding and communication are the foundations of a happy and enduring home.

Amber and Alex will now share their vows.

Amber....*(Vows)*

Alex… *(Vows)*

Do you Amber Wagner take this man Alex Campbell to be your lawfully wedded partner, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and bad, for richer or poorer, keeping yourself unto him for as long as you both shall live?

*(Wait for Confirmation)*

Do you Alex Campbell take this woman Amber Wagner to be your lawfully wedded partner, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and bad, for richer or poorer, keeping yourself unto her for as long as you both shall live?

Amber and Alex will now light a candle and would like a moment of silence for the family, friends and loved ones who could not be with us today.

Thank you.

Would the mothers please come up and light the candles that represent these two halves.
