"My first officiating was of my son's best friend wedding; we had not told him I was performing the ceremony and he was very delighted when he found out. The setting the bride and groom chose could not have been more perfect. It was on the beach, the sun was in its glory and it was early morning! The bride, groom and wedding party were dressed simply and their love made everything eloquent. The vows were incredibly sweet and without any rehearsal were right in line with my part of the service as if it were all planned. It was the best first officiating one could have asked for."
