"Joann and Larry’s story began in 1964, when Larry was a friend of Joann’s family. Their friendship grew, and in 1966, they began dating and became high school sweethearts. Their relationship eventually led them to marriage and to building a family together. Like every marriage and every journey through life, theirs experienced both wonderful moments and trials and tribulations. Along the way, they were blessed with three children: Sheri, Traci, and Larry Jr. Life eventually took Joann and Larry in different directions, but their story was not finished. More than fifty years after their journey first began, following the passing of Joann’s mother, their paths came together once again. Sometimes life has a remarkable way of bringing people back to where they belong. Joann and Larry reunited, and from that reunion, they began building a future together once again. Their relationship grew into something beautiful—a reminder that true love does not always follow a straight path. Sometimes it takes time, patience, forgiveness, faith, and a lifetime of experiences to bring two people back together. And today, surrounded by their family and friends, Joann and Larry are choosing each other once again—becoming husband and wife for the second time in their lives."
