"What an amazing couple. When I first sat with Julia and German aka "Pete", we immediately connected. They had such and amazing story to share and with their permission I was able to bring that very intimate connection they had to the ceremony proving that the past experiences can be a blessing. May they live and dance happily ever after."

Opening Words - Invocation
Welcome, everyone. Thank you all for being here to celebrate the marriage of Julia and German, lovingly known as Pete. Your presence here today is a blessing and a reflection of the love and support that surrounds them both.
Are you all ready for Jula and Pete to get married?
Ok, let us welcome our bride, Julia!
I would like to begin with a short Bible passage that is especially meaningful to Julia and Pete, from Mark 10:8:
“And the two shall become one flesh; so, they are no longer two, but one.”
After spending time with Julia and Pete and hearing their love story, one thing stands out so clearly — the presence of God and the beautiful, unexpected ways His plans for our lives unfold.
Julia, you were simply looking for a dance partner, but somewhere between the rhythm and the spin, you realized you didn’t want the music to stop…
Pete, you just wanted to dance. You were determined not to look for anything beyond that at the time. But God had other plans. And with a little help from Julia’s daughter, what began as a dance partnership became something far greater — a true partnership for life.
We often say that love is an action — something we choose and demonstrate every single day. Marriage is much the same. It is standing beside one another through life’s joys and challenges. It is found in both the grand gestures and the quiet moments of care and devotion that the two of you have already shared over the past years.
It’s waking up each morning knowing this is the person you want beside you. It is choosing one another again and again, putting each other first, and never taking your love for granted.
Julia and Pete, your life experiences have given you a deep understanding of what marriage truly means and what it can become when two people fully embrace the action of love. You have learned what matters most, the kind of partnership you value, and the kind of love you wish to give and receive.
Your individual journeys — with all their joys, lessons, and challenges — have led you to this very moment: a new chapter built on wisdom, faith, friendship, and a deeper understanding of commitment.
So now, surrounded by family and friends, I ask you both, are you ready to declare and celebrate that love together?
Julia and Pete, together – Yes!
Declaration of Intent - I Do’s
German, do you take Julia as your wife,
Will you continue to love her openly and honestly, honor and care for her,
encourage her, and walk beside her through all the years ahead,
sharing together in life’s joys, challenges, and blessings?

Words from the Groom
Pete, I believe you wanted to express some words to Julia…
Exchange of Rings
As a lasting symbol of these promises and the spiritual bond of marriage, Pete and Julia will now exchange ring – at this time, I invite each of you to offer a silent wish or blessing for Julia and Pete.
May these rings be a symbol of your continued love and commitment — unbroken, enduring, and ever-growing. May they remind you of the promises you have made, the life you have built together, and the years still to come.
Pete, place the ring on Julia’s finger, and repeat after me –
Julia, I give you this ring as a symbol of my love and commitment.
All that I am, I give to you,
and all that I have, I share with you.
I promise to honor, respect, and cherish you
throughout our lives together
