Officiated by Victoria Stokes at Garland County Courthouse Lawn in Hot Springs, Arkansas on July 30th, 2026.
"Heather and Robert’s wedding came together quickly and beautifully. They contacted me looking for a simple courthouse ceremony, and I happened to have one of my complimentary Courthouse Lawn ceremonies still available. Their children gathered with them on the Garland County Courthouse lawn as Heather and Robert promised to love, support, laugh with, and stand beside one another through whatever life brings. They chose not to exchange rings, so the focus remained entirely on the promises they made to each other. After they said “I do,” I had the honor of pronouncing them husband and wife and presenting Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell to their family for the first time. It was sweet, uncomplicated, and full of genuine affection—a beautiful reminder that a wedding does not have to be elaborate to be meaningful."
OPENING
