I would like to thank our witnesses this evening, the kind hearts who said no to everything else, so that they could bear witness to the ones who have chosen to say yes to one another. They anchor us tonight as our elements, the sacred earth, air, fire, and water.

This evening, we gather to not only witness and celebrate the union of Madison and David, but to honor the sacred energies that flow through life itself.

We call upon the Sacred Feminine, the embodiment of love, compassion, and creativity, to teach us how to lead with the part of our hearts that surrender to the holy cycles of the moon, always whole, no matter her phase. May we always hear her songs.

We call upon the Divine Masculine, the embodiment of strength, protection, and wisdom, to remind us that every single day is a chance to start anew. May we lead and follow with untethered hearts, unchained souls.

Here we also honor the Great Mystery, the wild unknown, the unseen force that guides us, shapes us, and helps us seek balance. May we all strive to hold and love both the light and the dark, the stars and the shadows.

Madison and David have chosen to say yes in the presence of love, with their chosen family and friends, to witness the eclipse of two souls picking their human to walk this life together.

As you have spoken your vows, you bind not only your hearts but your spirits to one another and to the sacred forces that shape the universe.
