"It was truly an honor to officiate the wedding of Joe and Timber Farmer. From the moment we got connected together, I knew it would leave a lasting impression on me. The love and happiness that radiates from the couple is so loud, they leave a room speechless! I am so glad I was able to witness the love as I believe every couple who is engaged, should gleam in the same way these two do! This wedding created new friendships & memories that will last a lifetime. Congratulations Joe & Timber, and may your life be filled with nothing but happiness, love, and kindness. Introducing.... Mr. & Mrs. Farmer!!! "
Good afternoon, everyone!
We are gathered here today to witness something truly
beautiful—the joining of two lives, two hearts, and two
journeys becoming one.
Marriage is more than a moment. It’s a promise, a daily
choice, a quiet commitment to stand beside one another in
every season—through laughter, through challenges, and
through all of the ordinary moments in between that end up
meaning the most.
And if you’ve ever been married or known a married couple…
you already know it’s also learning that “I’m fine” does not
always mean fine, and “What do you want to eat?” is a
lifelong conversation.
But that’s the beauty of it.
And today, we celebrate a love that feels both joyful and
steady… the kind of love that simply fits.
Let us pray.
Heavenly Father, thank You for this day and for the love that
has brought us here. We ask that You bless this marriage with
patience, laughter, strength, and unwavering faith. May their
love reflect Your goodness, and may they always find their
way back to You and to each other. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Message:
Some love stories begin with perfect timing… and others
begin with moments that don’t quite go as planned—but
somehow still lead exactly where they were meant to go.
Theirs is one of those stories.
From the very beginning, there was something unexpected
yet undeniable between them. A connection that made them
pause, laugh, reconsider, and ultimately lean in instead of
walk away.
And somewhere along the way, what started as a simple
meeting turned into something steady. Something real.
Something that made two people realize they had found a
partner worth choosing—again and again.
Even when communication wasn’t perfect. Even when timing
wasn’t ideal. Even when pride or uncertainty tried to get in
the way… love still found its way through.
And it kept growing—not in perfection, but in persistence. In
showing up. In laughter that came easily. In a bond that
quietly said, “stay.”
Because real love isn’t built in grand, polished moments. It’s
built in the everyday ones… the ones where someone
chooses to come back, to try again, and to hold on a little
tighter.
Scripture tells us in Ecclesiastes 4:12 that “a cord of three
strands is not quickly broken.” And that third strand—God—is
what strengthens and anchors everything.
A strong marriage isn’t about never missing each other’s
timing… it’s about always finding your way back.
Declaration of Intent:
Now I ask you both:
Joseph, do you take Timber to be your lawfully wedded wife,
to love, honor, and cherish from this day forward, through
every high and low, for as long as you both shall live?
Joseph: I do.
Timber, do you take Joseph to be your lawfully wedded wife,
to love, honor, and cherish from this day forward, through
every high and low, for as long as you both shall live?
Timber: I do.
Personal Vows:
At this time, they will share the vows they have written for
one another.
Ring Exchange:
The ring, an unbroken circle, represents unending
love. As often as either of you look upon these
rings, may you be reminded of this moment and the
love you have promised to one another.
OFFICIANT:
Joseph, please place this ring on Timber’s finger
and repeat after me:
“Timber, I give you this ring as a symbol of my love,
and that I am choosing to share my life’s journey
with you. I give you this ring, with the pledge to
love you today, tomorrow, always, and forever.”
OFFICIANT:
Timber, please place this ring on Joseph’s finger
and repeat after me:
“Joseph, I give you this ring as a symbol of my love,
and that I am choosing to share my life’s journey
with you. I give you this ring, with the pledge to
love you today, tomorrow, always, and forever.”
Unity Candle:
Today, you light a unity candle.
Two flames, separate and strong - now joining
together as one.
Not losing who you are, but becoming something
greater together.
May this flame always remind you of the light you
bring into each other’s lives, and the warmth you
create when you stand side by side.
Blessing:
OFFICIANT:
I leave you with the following words:
May all that you are, always be in love. May all that
is love, always be in you. May your love be as
beautiful on each day you share as it is on this day
of celebration; and may each day you share be as
precious to you as the day you first fell in love.
May you always see and encourage the best in each
other. May the challenges life bring your way make
your marriage even stronger, and may you always
be each other’s best friend and greatest love.
Pronouncement:
By the authority given to me, and in
the presence of God and these
witnesses, I now pronounce you
husband and wife.
You may kiss your bride.
Closing:
It is my absolute honor to present to
you for the very first time… Mr. and
Mrs. Farmer
