I would like to Welcome everyone.

For those of you who may not know me, I’m Heather, Brooke’s sister, and I have the honor of officiating this wedding today.

We are gathered here to celebrate the love, partnership, and commitment between Brooke and Kevin.

Like many modern love stories, theirs started online through Snapchat. What began as a simple connection quickly turned into something much bigger — a relationship built on laughter, patience, support, and choosing each other through every stage of life.

Before creating this ceremony, I asked each of them to answer a series of questions about their relationship. One thing that stood out in both of their answers was that they don’t see marriage as perfection — they see it as partnership.

They’ve learned that challenges are not about being against each other, but about standing beside each other and working through life together as a team.

They both talked about how they bring out each other’s goofy side, how they support each other through hard days, and how even the simplest moments together become some of their favorite memories. Kevin described every day with Brooke as a new adventure — and knowing my sister, I think we can all understand exactly what he means by that. Brooke described Kevin as someone who always tries to bring light to difficult days. And that’s what love really is — not just the big milestones, but the small everyday moments, the laughter, the support, and the comfort of knowing you always have someone beside you.

Today is a celebration of everything Brooke and Kevin have built together so far, and everything still ahead of them.

We’ll now move into the vows.

Brooke and Kevin will now exchange rings as a symbol of their love and commitment.

Kevin, please place the ring on Brooke’s finger and repeat after me:

“With this ring, I promise to love you and support you — and once this goes on, it ain’t coming off.”

Brooke, please place the ring on Kevin’s finger and repeat after me:

“With this ring, I promise to love you, support you, and try to keep my shopping under control.”

Brooke and Kevin will now take part in a unity shot ceremony. Now, most couples choose candles, sand or tying a rope… but anyone who knows these two probably knows that this feels a little more fitting.

These shots symbolize celebrating life together — the good moments, the difficult moments, the adventures, the chaos, and everything in between.Because marriage isn’t just about loving each other during the easy times — it’s about choosing each other through all of it. So here’s to love, laughter, partnership, and a lifetime of making memories together.
