We are gathered here today in the presence of God to witness and celebrate the marriage of Scarlett McKenzie Darby and Quinn Daniel O’Connor.

Marriage is a divine institution established by God. It is a covenant relationship that reflects His love and faithfulness.

Scripture teaches that the husband is called to love his wife as Christ loved the church—sacrificially, faithfully, and unconditionally. And the wife is called to respect and support her husband, walking alongside him in love and partnership.

Scarlett understands Quinn in a way few ever could—his emotions, his triumphs and his struggles, and the deep passion he carries for both his work and his family. She stands beside him in his pursuit to build a life of stability and security, supporting not just what he does, but who he is at his core. She has inspired change in him for the better in many ways: strengthening his faith, grounding him in his work, validating his potential and helping shape him into a present and devoted father.

Quinn holds a deep respect for Scarlett—her unwavering work ethic, her ambition, her loyalty, and the steady support she gives. In her, Quinn sees not only an incredible partner, but the very standard of who they hope their children will grow up to be like—someone who loves deeply, gives selflessly, and lives with purpose.
