"Being honored with the opportunity to officiate the wedding of Aneisha and Mark was a feeling I couldn't describe. Aneisha is my oldest cousin that happened to grow up with me like my sister. I have seen the ups and downs of the relationships she has chosen and am grateful to witness the love that she and Mark have for each other. When Mark asked me to officiate the wedding, I was blown away and shed many tears. Mark has handled Aneisha with so much care and that is truly shown in their love for each other. I wish Aneisha and Mark a life full of love and happiness!"
Welcome, family and friends. We gather here today to witness and celebrate one of life’s greatest moments—the union of two hearts. We are here to share in this beautiful moment with Mark Collins and Aneisha Hawkins as they take the first step on their new journey together.
Today, we also acknowledge the sacredness of marriage. The Bible teaches us in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 that:
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”
This is the kind of love Mark and Aneisha share. A love that is selfless, enduring, and grounded in faith. Today, we are honored to witness their commitment to one another.
I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the love between Mark and Aneisha firsthand. From the way Mark will change his entire plans to be with Aneisha to the way Aneisha turns bright red whenever he is mentioned. I never met two people so compatible that it even showed in the way they love Jack Daniels. Every moment they share is a testament to the depth of their connection. Your journey together has been filled with laughter, support, and an unwavering belief in one another. Today, as you stand before your loved ones, you’re not just saying ‘I love you’; you’re saying, ‘I choose you—today, tomorrow, and always.

As we celebrate the love and union of Mark and Aneisha today, we also recognize that this marriage is not just about two people coming together, but the joining of families. Today, we celebrate the love and commitment that Mark and Aneisha share, not only for each other but for the children who are now a part of this new family.
Hayleigh, Bethanie, Mark III, and Ayden: you are an important piece of this union. Just as your parents are making promises to one another, they are also making promises to you. Promises of love, support, and unity as you journey forward together as a family. The bond between you all will grow (even more), and together, you will create new memories, share in laughter, and be each other’s greatest support.

Mark and Aneisha, today you declare your love before family and friends. But this is more than just a declaration—it’s a lifelong promise.
Do you, Mark, take Aneisha to be your lawfully wedded partner, to love, honor, cherish, and respect, in sickness and in health, in joy and in sorrow, for as long as you both shall live?
Mark: “I do.”

Aneisha: “I do.”

The wedding ring is a symbol of eternity. It has no beginning and no end, just as the love between you is endless and ever-growing. These rings mark the beginning of your journey as a married couple, a journey that will be filled with love, adventure, and endless support.
Mark, please place the ring on Aneisha’s finger and repeat after me:
‘With this ring, I give you my heart. I promise to love you, cherish you, and walk beside you through all of life’s journeys, for all the days of my life.’
